I gather from what I have read that there is simply no word in English that is quite that obscene: A rather amazing link from Nancy Lebovitz that goes fully down the rabbit hole on the derisive "Putin khuylo" nickname that "the Ukrainians turned into a slogan, a meme, an idiom. And maybe something more."
